Your mission

§Develop and implement strategies to attract highly qualified professionals in a highly competitive environment§Execution of end-to-end recruiting, including the creation of job advertisements, candidate selection, interviews and contract negotiations§Proactively identifying and approaching talent through various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, talent pools)§Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and priorities§Optimizing recruiting processes through innovative approaches and use of modern tools (e.g. Personio platform)§Promoting Proteros' employer brand through participation in career fairs and other events

Your profile

§Degree in economics, psychology or a related field with a focus on human resources management§Several years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the biotechnology or life science sector§Proven success in identifying and attracting talent via direct approach§Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a high degree of empathy§Structured and goal-oriented way of working, paired with a strong service orientation
