Job Description

Purpose:

The primary goal of this position is to manage and execute all administrative functions within the

department efficiently. Responsibilities including, managing calendars, coordinating travel

arrangements, processing expense reports, planning meetings and events, creating or modifying

business documents, preparing presentations from source materials, managing office technology, and

acting as a liaison for remote access issues.

Responsibilities:

 

•Provides general administrative support to the organization. May provide back up support to higher-

level management as needed.

•Maintains and manages calendars, including scheduling meetings and proactively identifying and

resolving scheduling conflicts.

•Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements and processing of corresponding

expense reports.

•Uses intermediate to advanced software skills to perform assigned work. Uses and understands

Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software, including Corporate Travel website and

other programs.

•Coordinates new employee onboarding.

•Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Follows purchasing and requisition procedures, Corporate Security and Privacy Rules, Corporate

Branding Guidelines, and Copy Center procedures (if applicable).

•Coordinates and maintains departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and

government regulations.

Qualifications

•High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

•1+ years previous admin experience or equivalent.
