Matcha is a DEX aggregator, built by 0x. With over 5 million tokens indexed across 9 blockchains, the decentralized exchange provides aggregated liquidity from +100 sources and the most efficient trade execution through smart routing. Matcha offers swaps, limit orders and cross chain trades, having enabled over $62B volume and 3.5M+ trades as the first consumer-facing product by the 0x team.

Your role as a Product Manager for Matcha Mobile

You will be the first dedicated Product Manager for Matcha Mobile, responsible for refining strategy, launching our MVP, and scaling the app into a differentiated product with meaningful business impact.

This is not about copying Matcha Web into an app - it’s about creating a mobile-first experience that makes crypto trading simple, social, and seamless on the go. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing to bring Matcha Mobile to life and grow it into a key driver of users and revenue for 0x.

Responsibilites

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Matcha Mobile.
Partner with engineering and design to ship wallet integrations, trading flows, discovery features, and mobile-first UX.
Work with marketing/go-to-market to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
Research and understand user needs; translate them into features, experiments, and iterations.
Use analytics and feedback loops to refine product direction.
Evaluate trade-offs, communicate priorities, and drive consensus across stakeholders.
Ensure Matcha Mobile contributes to the overall Matcha suite while serving its distinct user base.
Be a culture carrier: embody curiosity, humility, and autonomy while inspiring the team toward ambitious goals.

Who You Are

First and foremost, you are passionate about solving difficult problems and creating meaningful products. You thrive in ambiguity, are energized by crypto, and bring a combination of creativity and structured problem-solving.

5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android).
Proven ability to launch and scale products end-to-end.
Strong product sense: able to decompose ambiguous problems, prioritize, and execute.
Crypto-fluent: understands DEXs, wallets, smart contracts, and multi-chain basics.
Collaborative and user-driven; comfortable working with engineering (APIs/SDKs) and design (mobile UX).
Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and inspire teams.
Curious, humble, and adaptable - thrives in async, distributed teams.

Preferred

Experience with self-custody wallets or trading apps.
SQL/data analysis skills to self-serve insights.
Background in fintech, crypto, or other high-stakes consumer apps.
Passion for Web3 and decentralized finance.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $200,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
