JOB SUMMARY:
The Relationship Manager of Sponsorships & Partnership Marketing will lead Firstrust Bank’s sports and community partnerships efforts, with a special focus on maximizing our role as the Official Bank of the Philadelphia Eagles. This role will be responsible for activating, measuring, and optimizing our sponsorship investments, while developing innovative partnership programs that build brand affinity, deepen customer relationships, and reinforce our position as Philadelphia’s Hometown Bank.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sponsorship management, partnership marketing, or brand activation, with proven experience in leveraging partnerships to drive measurable business impact. This individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, business and commercial banking, retail banking, corporate communications, and executive leadership to ensure that sponsorship investments align with broader brand and business objectives.
Additionally, the Manager of Sponsorships & Partnership Marketing will oversee contract activation, customer engagement initiatives, and ROI measurement frameworks, ensuring that Firstrust’s partnerships deliver both brand impact and business growth. By creating memorable experiences, managing high-profile partnerships, and elevating Firstrust’s visibility, this position will play a pivotal role in advancing the bank’s brand leadership across Greater Philadelphia.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Philadelphia Eagles Partnership
• Serve as the day-to-day lead for Firstrust’s partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles.
• Manage all contractual assets and activations, including in-stadium, digital, media, and community elements.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate the Eagles partnership into enterprise marketing campaigns, community initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
• Develop creative activation strategies that highlight Firstrust’s role in Philadelphia and drive measurable customer and business impact.
Strategic Partnerships in Greater Philadelphia
• Identify, evaluate, and lead partnerships with local organizations, events, and institutions that align with Firstrust’s brand and growth priorities.
• Build relationships that expand Firstrust’s community presence and deliver long-term brand value.
• Negotiate and manage partner agreements to ensure Firstrust maximizes visibility and return on investment.
• Create integrated activation plans that extend across digital, social, experiential, and earned media channels.
Partnership Value Creation for Employees, Customers, and Brand
• Develop programs and activations that leverage Firstrust’s sponsorships, partnerships, and business development investments to benefit employees, customers, and communities.
• Work with partners to design experiences such as exclusive events, educational opportunities, cultural access, or hospitality that add tangible value.
• Collaborate with HR, Community Banking, and Marketing to ensure partnership benefits are used to strengthen employee engagement, deepen customer relationships, and increase brand exposure.
• Proactively source and evaluate new opportunities that can provide differentiated experiences and reinforce Firstrust’s Philadelphia Hometown Bank positioning.
Measurement & Analytics
• Implement sponsorship measurement tools to evaluate ROI, audience engagement, and brand lift.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track sponsorship KPIs across reach, engagement, conversion, and business impact.
• Provide regular performance insights and optimization recommendations to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Compliance
• Partner with media, creative, community engagement, and business development teams to ensure sponsorships support enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to track fulfillment of all contractual obligations and protect Firstrust’s interests.
• Serve as Firstrust’s subject matter expert on sponsorship best practices and industry trends.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Subject to sedentary work for extended periods of time.
• Some amount of mobility in order to attend in-person meetings across two office locations is necessary.
