Job Overview
The Senior Specialist, Talent Management Specialist will co-support the implementation of the strategy, programs and processes to through assessment, succession planning leadership and management development of employees, coaching, employee engagement and the use of appropriate talent management, team and leadership tools and practices to support individual, team and organizational high performance This includes supporting the performance management process, developing and implementing new processes and offerings to develop management skills and support the career development for managers and leaders. This role will be responsible for integrating organizational people priorities and enterprise-wide management and leadership development expectation into learning offerings and engagement opportunities. This role will work collaboratively with HR team members and key business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s required. Master’s degree preferred (e.g., M.S., M.A., M.B.A.) in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Development or equivalent field required in corporate environment
3. OD background and change management capability at the individual, team and organization level.
4. Experience working with all levels of managers

Salary Range
$93,600.00 - $118,560.00 annuallyApply for this role
