Position Summary
This position supervises a team of approximately 45 to 120 hourly/direct employees within Manufacturing Operations. You will be responsible for setting day-to-day activities and monitoring production operations, maintenance, and personnel to achieve all required metrics and attainment goals.
On-site 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and support a large group of hourly employees, focusing on coaching and process execution.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all quality-related items for the assigned cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
Operational Efficiency: Assist in cost reduction and process improvement (Lean) to ensure efficiency of operations and cost-effectiveness.
Production Scheduling: Manage the sequencing of work, including build and delivery, to optimize productivity for the cell.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate activities for materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure smooth operations.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor cell performance and productivity metrics to maximize output.
Customer Service: Interface with customers to understand needs and ensure satisfactory standards of service are maintained.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
5+ years of experience leading teams.
3+ years specifically in manufacturing supervision or management.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvement.
Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
Understanding of work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.
Proven success working with cross-functional teams to increase productivity and throughput.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, eApply for this role
