Your role:
MilliporeSigma is seeking a Materials Management Administrator to work with the warehouse staff, customer service, and other departments within the plant while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Specific responsibilities include:
- Warehouse and Transportation Planning:
- Delivery creation in SAP
- Pick and pack operations
- Quality Control (QC) for domestic and international shipments
- Arranging carrier pickups
- Reporting:
- Daily and monthly reporting in SAP
- Follow-up with internal customers as needed
- Outbound and Inbound Operations:
- Pick and pack outbound orders from stock
- Unload and receive inbound shipments into inventory
- Organize and stock all materials
- General warehousing tasks
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Inventory Management:
- Quarterly cycle counting
- Disposing of damaged material
- Repacking items as necessary
- Compliance:
- Ensure all responsibilities are completed within company guidelines
Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and adapt to various responsibilities in the warehouse for shipping and receiving while contributing as a team player
- Working knowledge of SAP platform
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
