Sales ExecutiveWhat does a successful Sales Executive do at Fiserv?
As a successful Sales Executive, you will consult and position Fiserv's suite of business solutions to community financial institutions priority clients, developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. You will drive financial institution partnership in the Northeastern states of ME, NH, CT, VT, RI, MA, NJ and NY through creative business development strategies.
What you will do:
- Drive new account selling to regional merchant chains or community banks with moderate length sales cycles.
- Achieve assigned sales revenue quota in medium to long sales cycles
- Manage, track, and forecast revenue opportunities in a CRM system, maintaining CRM discipline
- Conduct needs assessment at various levels & within multiple customer groups (technical, line of business, executive)
- Present value to C level executives both remotely and in person
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5 years of experience in enterprise level B2B sales
- 3 years' experience in outside or field sales roles
- Experience carrying and exceeding a quota
- Ability to travel 60% plus
What would be great to have:
- Exposure to and experience working with Community Financial Institutions
- Payments industry experience
- Experience selling financial or technology products
- Customer service and exceptional follow-up experience
- Experience in highly confidential environments
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
