Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (Back-End Nights)
Location: Webster City, IA
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Saturday Night - Monday Night (3 Consecutive Nights) 6p-6a
One Vision is excited to offer a new 12-hour shift model designed with work-life balance in mind. We are currently hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Back-End Night Schedule, supporting individuals in our Webster City homes.

What You'll Do:
As a DSP, you'll provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by:
• Assisting with daily living tasks: hygiene, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, and medications
• Encouraging independence and personal growth
• Supporting community involvement and recreational activities
• Driving individuals to appointments and outings
• Completing clear, accurate documentation using electronic systems
• Supporting individual financial responsibilities and grocery shopping

Qualifications:
• No experience required - we provide paid training
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
• Comfortable using a computer or device for documentation
• Must pass background checks and health screenings
• Willing to complete all required job training and certifications
