Data Analyst - Sales & Finance (m/w/d)

Tasks

• As a Data Analyst you identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
• You work closely with our Sales department and our data teams (e.g., Data Engineering, Data Science, Web Analytics) to shape Visable into a data-driven company
• You help establish our "single source of truth" and replace manual processes with cloud-based solutions
• You are the point of contact for analytics questions and support our power users using the data sources provided
• You implement automated reporting processes and analytics dashboards
• You proactively deliver insights for the daily business
• You advise the teams on new metrics and KPIs as well as automated and sustainable reporting

Profile

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Sales & Finance domain
• Good understanding of data processes and business requirements
• Strong SQL skills, confident with transactional databases and data models (Star and Snowflake schema)
• Python or R experience a plus
• Experienced in using Tableau or similar reporting/visualisation tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside the box is essential
• Initiative, team player and joy in dealing with people is a must.
• Business fluency in written and spoken English, good German skills are an advantage
