Immediate opening for a Supervisor of Frontline Sales who can effectively lead a team of door-to-door canvassers in exceeding sales goals and achieving team performance. 

The Supervisor of Frontline Sales has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coach, motivate and develop the canvassers. This person leads by example, serves as a professional role model for the team, and works in the field demonstrating the canvassing process and sales prowess.  

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AM meetings and debrief at the end of the day
• Travel with team to assigned locations
• Set goals for the day; assigns tasks and ensure team meets or exceeds weekly sales targets
• Guide team to thrive in the field 
• Track progress of individual canvassers and regularly communicate work performance to management
• Document sales activity in database with a high degree of accuracy and correctness
• Provide on the job training; train and mentor your team in effective customer interactions
• Assist in recruiting in accordance to established staffing plan
• Present sales pitch in a professional manner
• Recommend disciplinary action to management

Requirements

Requirements

• High school diplomat or equivalent
• Supervisory experience
• Previous canvassing or face-to-face selling experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and at least 21 years of age
• Good communication skills; ability to speak confidentially and write clearly
• Successful at motivating staff to meet company objectives
• Able to work evenings and weekends when needed
• Reliable transportation to and from office is essential
• Punctuality is a must
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
• Positive attitude within a high-energy environment
• CRM experience
• Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads (iPadOS)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
