We are seeking an Entry-Level Engineer to provide engineering support to a government customer. In this role, you will be exposed to a wide range of engineering disciplines as well as the acquisition lifecycle process and deployment of assets. You will interface with customers on a fast-paced Army program and directly contribute to its success. 

• Participate in Integrated Product Teams to support new capabilities based upon evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations.
• Assist in site surveys, requirements development and analysis and design review activities.
• Derive from the system requirements an understanding of stakeholder needs, functions that may be logically inferred and implied as essential to system effectiveness.
• Support the Systems Engineering Team by performing detailed Capability Development Document compliance assessments.
• Participate in establishing and gaining approval of the definition of the system or components under development (requirements, designs, interfaces, test procedures, etc.) or in production to support system integration and test. 
• Assist the Test and Modeling and Simulation teams to determine system(s) siting and missile fly-out safety challenges.
• Assist the Army Product Software Team and Joint Analysis Team to define mission sets in a System of System test environment.
• Operate between cross-functional teams and other Army Product Offices to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Required

• ABET accredited BS degree
• 3 years of engineering related experience
• Department of Defense Weapon system program experience
• Some Travel
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance.
