Position Summary: The Director of Residential and Crisis Services is responsible for the operation and management of assigned behavioral health programs and may be called upon to provide expertise for organizational policy or programming.  The Director of Residential and Crisis Services will oversee assigned program areas of operation and must be capable of independent action without losing sight of the fact that their actions at all times represent the policies, priorities, and values of AXIS HEALTH SYSTEM.  The position requires a great deal of maturity, thorough knowledge of management dynamics, community relations abilities, and an understanding of the overall behavioral health systems involved in assigned service delivery lines. 

Qualifications: Our ideal candidate for the Director of Residential and Crisis Services will have their graduate degree in a mental health field or human services management.  Additionally, they will have a minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate experience in a mental health setting.  The experience must include at least two (2) years’ experiences in administrative duties including personnel management, program planning, and budgeting.

Salary:  Starting Pay Range $83,200.00 - $ 93,184.00 and preferred experience is considered listed above. This position is eligible for a 24/7 shift stipend of $10,000.
