About the role

Company and the Role:

The Wolfe Companies, LLC, a leader in the Gift Card and FinTech sectors, is known for its prominent brands such as Gift Card Granny, Perfect Gift, and GiftYa. Our company excels in delivering exceptional value and customer experience in our industry. Please also check the top page of our career site.

Our current production capacity is approximately 10,000,000 Visa/Mastercard's gift cards per year, and we are at about 35% capacity. With our continuous growth, the volume of cards we produce has increased by over 50% compared to last year. Rather than expanding our fulfillment team (currently comprised of 7 full-time employees and an additional 7 seasonal workers during the holiday season), we've been working with leading robotics consulting companies to pioneer automation in our industry.

In light of this, we're looking for our first Senior Lead, Robotics Operations Center to lead our robotics operations. Additionally, The Wolfe Companies was selected last year as the #1 fastest growing private company in the Pittsburgh region by Business Times’ Fast 50 List of Pittsburgh’s fastest growing company.
