Job Description

Job Summary

AMCL, a T&T company and global leaders in Asset Management, is looking to recruit a Senior Data Analyst into the North America Team. This is an exciting role in a world leading Asset Management Consultancy and provides opportunities to work on a variety of projects across a range of clients in different industry sectors.

The role will be based in our New York Office and offers flexibility for a hybrid setup. There will be the opportunity to support projects globally through our offices in the US, UK, Middle East and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret complex datasets related to asset management and operations, and perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive analytics.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex extract, transform and load (ETL) processes from multiple sources, ensuring scalability, efficiency, accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design and development of data models and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Provide actionable data analytics insights to stakeholders and improve organization’s operational efficiency.
  • Define and implement asset information strategies and standards for organizations.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for data quality, governance and documentation.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Lead development of reports/documents summarizing analyses and findings.

Capabilities

  • Extensive experience in Power BI, including advanced data modelling, DAX calculations and designing insightful visualizations.
  • Proven experience in data analytics tools and programming languages for data manipulation, analyzing and modelling.
  • Strong proficiency in Maximo or similar enterprise asset management systems and advanced understanding of the backend relational database.
  • In-depth knowledge of asset information strategy, standards and data governance
  • Solid background in asset-intensive industries.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

*This role does require hybrid working in our office and client site. 

  • Bachelors of Engineering, Business, Data Science, Real Estate or equivalent degree is mandatory
  • 5 years+ of post graduate Data Administration experience 
  • Experience within the construction management field and within the public / government real estate sectors is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong Data Visualization skills, preferably utilizing Power BI and Tableau 
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Self-starter attitude with results oriented focus  
  • High level written and oral communication skill

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $115K-$140K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
