Project Administrator, Commercial Electric Construction

The selected candidate will work closely to Assist Project Managers, perform data entry, create budgets, execute submittals and Notice to Owners. This opportunity provides Accounting assistance, owns direct purchases, company prequalification and small project invoicing. They will have involvement with applications.  

Responsibilities

• Project organization including daily reports, RFIs, project meetings, budgets, Project Specific Agreements (PSA), and closing out project. 
• Time Tracking 
• Delivery Tracking  
• Change Orders – Project Manager’s approval, Entering/sending to Accounting and General Contractor 
• Managing applicants and new hires 
• Answer incoming phone calls and door 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of administrative support experience 
• Bilingual Preferred 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Time management/ability to multitask/deadline oriented 
• Friendly and positive attitude 
• Self-starter Use a bullet point list to describe the qualifications.
