Senior Portfolio Manager

Athenix Cyber & SIGINT is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Analyst who will provide support to a program in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.  This role will provide portfolio management support to the government customer.

Position overview:

• Experience working in a complex cyberspace operation and/or multistakeholder environment is required.
• Ideal candidate will be able to brief senior leadership and be comfortable with senior level military and civilians
• Candidates with demonstrated experience in project and program management is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential in this role

Minimum Requirements: 

• Master's degree and ten (10) years of experience in SETA, Acquisition and/or technical roles architecting customer solutions (OR) a Bachelor's degree with twelve (12) years experience, (OR) AS or HS Diploma and sixteen (16) years of experience.
• Ideal candidate will be comfortable working with senior military officers (O5-6) and senior civilians (14s and 15s).
• Experience with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) building process and Program, Planning, Budget, Execution (PPBE) Process.
• An active PMI Project Management professional certification (PMP) or PMI Program Management certification (PgMP) is required.
• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

 Preferred Special Qualifications:

• Master's degree is desired.
