Keep reading below to see what we’re looking for!</p> <p><strong>About the team and position</strong></p> <p>The Senior Manager of Operations Development is responsible for leading the Inspection Center Operations Development team through continuous improvement projects by proactively and effectively leveraging the Operations Development team to create and refine processes within Carvana’s Inspection Center organization using lean methodologies. Additionally, this position will work closely and communicate with all departments and levels throughout the business to deliver proactive &amp; thorough, cost and quality improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Takes a proactive approach in assessing new continuous improvement opportunities and provides guidance to the team on appropriate courses of action</li> <li>Partner with Inspection Center functional experts to create and set vehicle standards to best meet our business need and provide an exceptional customer experience</li> <li>Serve as a resource for the Reconditioning Training team when developing content regarding work processes, standards, etc.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining a strategic roadmap of Operations Development goals and team structure, and career development&nbsp;</li> <li>Acts as a key thought partner to&nbsp; Inspection Center senior leadership on problem solving initiatives</li> <li>Review and provide guidance on Operations Development justification for major projects, with a cost savings greater than $1M within Inspection Center operations&nbsp;</li> <li>Support team in obtaining buy-in on major projects through effective communication with multiple departments across the organization&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver cost reductions on time and u
