Apartner is hiring for Groundskeeper Openings!

As a Groundskeeper at Apartner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include general maintenance, landscaping, and ensuring that grounds are clean and well-kept. You’ll be using a variety of tools and equipment, and working outdoors in all types of weather. You'll follow established safety protocols while taking pride in creating an appealing environment for our residents.

Starting pay at $15 to $16 hourly, with room for growth beyond there!

Requirements

• Experience with general maintenance tasks and knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment, such as pressure washers and leaf blowers.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Understanding of safety procedures related to operating machinery and handling tools.
• Reliable transportation for traveling between various work sites.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed for seasonal work or emergencies.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Willingness to undergo drug screening, as requested for certain placements.
