What we’re looking for    

    

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Argus as our Executive Assistant to support our EVP of The Americas-US & Canada and EVP of Latin America, Global Head of LPG.  This C-Suite Executive Assistant will provide senior leaders with a high level of administration and coordination to support a complex and varied workload.    

     

What will you be doing?    

  •               Proactively managing two complex calendars across various time zones and teams
  •              Arrange conference calls, in-person meetings, and record agendas and minutes as needed
  •              Prepare executive travel arrangements for domestic and international travel
  •              Produce weekly and monthly executive reports with the ability synthesize information from different business units
  •              Prepare expenses for submission for executive management
  •              Liaise with internal contacts at all levels of the organization, including human resources, information technology, and finance

What we’re looking for in you    

  •              Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  •              Fluent Spanish/Portuguese a plus
  •              5 years of Executive Assistant experience
  •              Exemplary planning and time management skills
  •              Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  •              5 days a week in office
  •              Highly organized and efficient to meet deadlines.
  •              A high level of verbal and written communication skills
  •              Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  •              Success in working under pressure while managing multiple projects
