Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick up processed documents from sections to prep for scanning.
- Prepare batched documents for scanning.
- Scans documents on image scanner.
- Inspects images as documents are scanned for quality assurance.
- Make corrections as necessary.
- Executes an application program in the database to generate a bar-coded batch cover page.
- Generate production schedules.
- Operates computer peripheral hardware for production and production control.
- Opens and reviews incoming mail.
- Assembles documents for validation and image production.
- Examine documents to determine what categories in the database to input fees.
- Assists in research of records and tracking of documents to ensure quality control.
- Validates documents with validation number and document tracking number.
- Maintains document log.
- Batches checks and forwards them to the Fiscal Office for deposit.
- Opens and reviews all incoming mail.
- Assembles documents for validation and image production.
- Attaches checks to documents ensuring proper fees have been submitted.
- Batches documents based on type of filings/action, filing fee, and volume of documents.
- Answers incoming Division calls to assist the public with filing information as needed.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of various Division of Corporations filing types and fees.
- Skilled in the operation of validation and/or scanning equipment.
