OnsiteCollins Aerospace is looking for a Senior Production Analyst for our Windsor Locks, CT location. This individual will work autonomously within the planning function with all operations planning tasks required to execute the production and delivery of hardware. Planning interfaces with nearly all functional groups in the department to orchestrate delivery that meets customer quality and on-time needs. The successful candidate will be supporting the manufacturing process from implementing configuration management and driving procurement activity to kitting materials for the lab floor and following hardware through customer delivery.

Position will work primarily onsite at our Windsor Locks, CT location.
What You Will Do
- Ensuring all planning processes are executed and actions completed on-time
- Monitor daily addons and work stoppages to ensure timely action and resolution
- Interact with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Program Management to identify, communicate and mitigate risks
- Understand, communicate, and drive execution to the master production schedule
- Review, approve and execute the implementation of Engineering Changes
- Create and release Production Orders with associated documentation for Historical Log Book

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Business Administration
- SAP Knowledge
- Microsoft Office tools experience
- APICS CPIM certification
- Experience with Lean and ACE / Continuous Improvement
