Job Overview: 

We are searching for an SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Associate candidate with background in JAVA, Python, ABAP, and other programming languages.  This position starts with 6 months of training/certification and interpersonal evaluation, to be followed by a period of internal evaluation involving a temporary assignment to an internal project team focused on S/4 HANA project implementation.  Following successful completion of the program, the role will convert to an SAP NS2 Services Consulting role as a technically focused BTP Specialist consultant.  

 

 Requirements: 

• Demonstrated command of programming languages:  C and/or other 4GL languages with Object Oriented programming concepts. 

• Knowledge of front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript  

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash. 

• Understanding of cloud services and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. 

• Familiarity with Database technologies, Data Modelling, preferably on HANA 

• Understanding of network protocols, database schema, and software development life cycle. 

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. 

  

Responsibilities: 

• Completion of BTP Learning Journey and certification in first six months. 

• Participation with internally led BTP project work (integration, extensibility) 

• Mapping of business process to enterprise IT-architecture. 

• Define requirements for individual development or integration needs. 

• Participation in UI design and development. 

• Implementation of designed processes 

• Ability to build Analytical reports on key performance indicators. 

• Ability to develop Muti- Target Applications using the BTP environment.

Education and Experience: 

• 0-3 years’ experience; bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work
