Dover Precision Components is hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner for our Engineered Bearings (EB) business unit. In this role, you are EB’s Financial Leader, a key business advisor and manager leading the team that interprets, reports on, and helps drive financial results.

This is a hybrid position- work remotely 2 days a week (if you’d like) and onsite 3 days a week in one of our Houston locations.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate as the Financial Leader for the EB Business Unit, reporting to the CFO and partnering with the Vice President, EB and cross-functionally to develop strategies to grow the business and meet short-term and long-term goals.
• Partner cross-functionally to produce monthly, annual, and multi-year financial forecasts that drive results, supporting our company objectives.
• Work closely with commercial team to evaluate sales plans, prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, generate upside and downside risk profiles based upon customer and market insights.
