Third Shift 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM Sunday Nights to Friday Mornings

Assembler III resources are essential to provide qualified, flexible coverage across all production lines by rotating through verification, material handling, line operation, and training responsibilities. Beyond direct production support, Assemblers III perform critical site functions, including employee training and mentoring, first responder support, Hazard Communication (HazCom) oversight, evacuation coordination, and other key safety-related duties.

         

         

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.

  • Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.

  • Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).

  • Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.

  • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

  • May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile and resume

  • Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through prior work experience and/or education.

  • Requires 3+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.

Preferred:  

  • Highly organized and self-starter who can work independently 

  •  BCPS and MES Experience

  •  Prior responsibility managing line clearances  

  •  Familiarity with recording scrapped devices

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
