We build hope. </p><p></p><p> </p><p></p><p></p><p>What you’ll do at Elekta </p><p> </p><p>To further invest in the innovation of tomorrow’s radiotherapy solutions, we are now looking for an experienced front-end engineer to join our team in Stockholm. At Elekta, you will make a difference. We design and build technology used to treat cancer patients worldwide. Join us in building technology that brings hope to everyone dealing with cancer.</p><p>You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager and be part of an international and cross-functional program that consists of a diverse group of specialists in mechanical engineering, electronics, physics, embedded software, and more. You'll be designing and implementing the user workflows for our future radiation therapy products. </p><p></p><p>You have a special interest in and experience with frontend development, but you will also write code on the backend. Since we work with innovation of tomorrow’s radiotherapy solutions there is currently no work with maintenance. </p><p> </p><p>Please note its hybrid role, and employees are expected to work 3 days from our Office in Hagastaden.</p><p> </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>The right stuff </p><p> </p><p><br/> </p><ul><li><p>Experience working with professional frontend development using Angular and Typescript </p></li><li><p>Experience with backend development in .NET and C#  is a big plus.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, physics, electronics, or similar.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in English, both written and spoken </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Medtech or some other regulated industry is a merit but not a must.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is also is big merit.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p></p><p> </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>What You’ll Get </p><p> </p><p>In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
