Job Description
MindMaze is growing and expanding its business in the US. Following the opening of our US entity and to respond to the growth of the commercial activities, we are looking for a Supply Chain, warehouse specialist.
This is a new position which will report to the remote Supply Chain manager. You will be playing a vital role in the company's global supply chain and be responsible for planning and implementing a new warehouse in the Raleigh area. You will be exposed to and involved in all related supply chain aspects in a regulated environment. You will be collaborating with different departments across different regions to ensure product availability and visibility within the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, coordinates, executes, and leads shipping/receiving efforts for time-sensitive shipments
- Collects global (sales) forecasts and transform them into an effective build plan
- Presents and communicates the build plan to all relevant stakeholders for approval
- Updates and maintains the inventory management system
- Inventory management
- Physically assembles and tests products following documented provisioning processes
- Prepare site shipments required for all departments
- Ensure on-time shipments including the preparation of freight documents and the packing of goods
- Follows up on shipments, identifies potential issues in a timely matter, finds resolutions, and communicates potential delays to customers
- Generates and presents weekly dashboards & reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Professional education with a degree in Supply Chain Management (APICS preferred) or related discipline preferred
- 3 - 5 years of shipping and logistics related experience with a (proven) understanding of supply chain and operations processes and tools preferably in the medical device industry
- Exposure to ISO 13485 is a plus
- Previous experience as a supervisor overseeing a small team is a plus
- Strong interest and drive for process optimization
- Self-driven personality with great problem solving and analytical skills capable of working independently as well as a team contributor
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is mandatory

Salary Ranges: $57,000 - $71,250 (DOE) a year + Bonus

Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to lift up to 110 pounds with or without supporting equipment
- Ability to push/pull, load, and unload pallet movers and/or hand trucks weighing up to100 pounds
- Reaching, lifting, stooping and bending are frequent in daily duties
