As a Senior Finance Manager for Azure Revenue, you will lead product-level target setting for Microsoft’s multi‑billion‑dollar Azure business, design durable planning frameworks that drive long-term growth, and identify and quantify growth drivers across products and go-to-market motions. You will build effective processes to coordinate across finance, sales, marketing, and product teams, drive alignment among diverse stakeholders, and craft compelling narratives around growth trajectories for key Azure workloads. You will translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights, prepare executive-ready materials for senior leadership reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of integrity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Strategic Planning & Analysis 

  • Lead product-level target setting for the Azure business 
  • Design durable planning frameworks that drive long-term growth strategy 
  • Identify and quantify growth drivers across products and go-to-market motions

  • Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and business processes. Drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies.
