Aimed at increasing our headcount we are searching an Account Manager supporting our Surgical Accounts Team in Calabria, you will be trusted to work on developing strong customer relationships and driving sales growth in Calabria, Salerno and part of Basilicata region. In this role, a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to address customer needs and ensure product availability
- Collaborating with Alcon distributors
- Managing and executing the Account development plan for cataract consumables and IOLs
- Generating leads for Alcon equipment and supporting other product categories
- Preparing and negotiating quotes with customers to drive demand
- Monitoring and supporting consumables availability to meet sales targets
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Fluency in Italian and strong knowledge of English
- Proven sales experience in the medical devices or pharma environment
- Consultative selling experience in B2B industries, ideally in high-end medical devices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-facing background
- Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate matrix organizations
