Senior Front End Developer - React

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior React UI Developer</strong> to take ownership of the frontend for a user-facing <strong>an Enterprise dashboard</strong> in the telecoms domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, can make design decisions independently, and enjoys bringing structure and elegance to complex datasets.</p><p>You’ll work as part of a cross-functional scrum team alongside backend engineers and solution architects, building performant, user-friendly web interfaces that enable users to explore, visualize, and act on real-time data.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul> <li>Own the frontend development of a greenfield data dashboard application using <strong>React</strong>.</li> <li>Design, build, and iterate on interactive UI components for exploring large datasets.</li> <li>Define UI structure and styling – <strong>no dedicated UX designer</strong>, so you’ll shape the user experience yourself.</li> <li>Work closely with backend engineers and architects to integrate with data APIs and services.</li> <li>Ensure frontend code quality through testing and code reviews.</li> <li>Participate in agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, retrospectives) as a full member of the scrum team.</li> <li>Help define frontend best practices and frameworks as the project evolves.</li> </ul><p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>5+ years</strong> of frontend development experience with a strong focus on <strong>React</strong>.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to design UI/UX patterns and workflows without dedicated UX support.</li> <li>Comfortable working with data-heavy interfaces (e.g., charts, tables, filters).</li> <li>Good grasp of frontend architecture, component lifecycles, performance optimization, and accessibility.</li> <li>Proficient in Git, agile development workflows, and collaborative tools like Jira or Confluence.</li> </ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul> <li>Familiarity with <strong>FlutterFlow </strong>and <strong>Streamlit</strong></li> <li>Exposure to containerized environments (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.</li> </ul><p><strong>Work Model</strong></p><ul> <li>Open to <strong>remote</strong> or <strong>hybrid</strong> working arrangements.</li> <li>Collaboration across time zones is expected, so flexibility around meetings is appreciated.</li> </ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>You’ll join a fast-paced environment where <strong>your decisions shape the user experience</strong>.
