SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact projects across a wide range of creative outputs—including brand campaigns, websites, videos, social content, and print publications. This role serves as a strategic liaison between client services and internal teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and excellence from project initiation through delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-focused, and experienced in managing creative and digital workflows in fast-paced environments.

This role is scheduled to last from early May through the end of 2025. East coast hours required. We are eligible to hire candidates located in the following states.

• NC, AZ, FL, GA, ME, MI, SC, TN, TX, VT, OH

 

WHAT WE OFFER:

• The salary for this position will range from $63,000 - 80,000 depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

• Collaborate with client account leads to define scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables
• Partner with creative, strategy, development, analytics, and media teams to drive execution
• Manage schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time, identifying and mitigating risks
• Utilize Adobe Workfront to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress
• Maintain alignment across stakeholders through regular updates on status, priorities, and milestones
• Monitor budgets, manage burn rates, and support financial reporting and forecasting
• Promote best practices and contribute to process improvements across the project management team
• Lead project retrospectives to assess performance and identify areas for optimization

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education: 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• PMP or SCRUM certification preferred

 

Experience: 

 

• 5+ years of experience managing digital or creative projects in a professional environment
• Prior experience at a marketing agency or in-house creative team preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred

 

Skills:

 

• Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in deadline-driven environments
• Execute projects in a waterfall and/or using hybrid techniques
• Able to predict and identify project risk
• Able to thrive in autonomously and in a team-based environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Workfront and Figma
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges
• Able to excel in a hybrid or remote work environment (depending on proximity to the office)
