Overview:
The Principal Financial Analyst - USCAN is a critical member of Revvity’s Regional Commercial Finance team and will be responsible for key P&L metrics across Revenue, Margin, and operating expense.
We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, yet detail-oriented Financial Analyst that flourishes in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
Lead the financial management and forecasting process for key sub-businesses in the USCAN commercial region.
Finance business partner for the Reproductive Health and Services business segments
Track the monthly P&L closely, perform variance analysis against forecasts and analyze market/customer trends for businesses supported.
Act as main finance point of contact for the region’s Incentive Compensation Program. Work cross-functionally to promote optimal investment in incentive compensation.
Lead commercial finance cash management for the region by working cross-functionally to optimize cash collection metrics.
Perform ad hoc analysis and sift through complex data to tell a financial story to business leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience or Master’s degree in business management, accounting or finance and 3 years’ experience in corporate finance for a multi-national, matrixed organization
OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance for a multi-national, matrixed organization

- A long term desire to grow in an organization while advancing their career
- Ability to quickly grasp new ideas, systems and tasks
- History leading cross-functional projects focused on process improvements
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with speed & accuracy
- Ability to liaise with business leaders and cross-functional colleagues in an efficient manner
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with systems expertise across various ERP’s and general ledgers
