About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This individual will work across both frontend and backend services, contributing to the development of scalable web applications and APIs that support our platform. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in React and Python, and has solid experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and maintain high-quality features and services, ensuring excellent performance, reliability, and scalability. This role mirrors the skill sets and expectations of our recent successful hires.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust frontend and backend systems.
Write clean, scalable, testable code using React and Python (Flask or Django preferred).
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to develop new features.
Manage API integrations and database interactions.
Optimize performance and scalability across cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
Review code and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and deploy fixes in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency with React, including Hooks and component lifecycle.
Advanced backend experience with Python (Flask or Django preferred).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Solid experience working with cloud services (AWS and/or GCP).
Competence with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in remote teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with GraphQL APIs.
Exposure to infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform
Frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
