Responsibilities as a Registered Behavior Technician:
- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in a home-based setting
- Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client
What you need:
- At least 1 year of ABA experience or special education background
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Bilingual skills a plus but not required
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Background check
- Available in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus)
