We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to play a critical role in protecting and enabling successful project delivery at Boldt by leading contract strategy and risk management across complex construction projects. In this role, you’ll partner closely with project teams, legal, HR, and finance to identify, analyze, and mitigate risk throughout the full project lifecycle ensuring strong contract alignment, informed decision-making, and successful execution. Reporting to the General Counsel, you’ll bring expertise in construction contracts, insurance, negotiations, and risk mitigation, while influencing outcomes on high-impact projects and driving best practices that support operational excellence and long-term success.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $108,000 - $143,000 (negotiable) annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
