(Senior) Backend Engineer (f/m/d)

Our team mission, as one of five teams in our Inventory Tribe, is to deliver a unified, consistent filtering and search experience for users and services across SAP LeanIX.

As a Backend Engineer, you are not only an individual contributor, but also support your team with a strong customer-centric mindset and a drive to take on ownership over product capabilities and technical components. Two-week sprints based on Scrum help our team to self-organize and continuously improve the way we work.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Additionally:

• Standard role: 2+ years , Senior role: 4+ years of working experience.
• Proficiency in working with Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with building and running scalable backend services is advantageous.
• Practical experience in development and deployment of ML, AI based features is a plus
• Familiarity with modern tools and practices.
• Open communication style, strong spoken and written communication skills in English
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in our Bonn or Berlin office at least 20% of your time. Kindly note: We are only accepting applications from candidates based in Germany.
