We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Regional QAQC Manager! The Regional QAQC Manager will be responsible for all QA/QC functions within their assigned divisional territory.  This position will be responsible for accounting for all quality aspects with field and safety components, inventory, assets, equipment and warehouse activities needed to fulfill program needs both internally and contractually.  All Quality Control/Inspection Field Teams will be directly managed by this position and will account for all QA/QC activities within all divisional programs.

  • Oversee and manage team of field inspection staff across multiple states, ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and program requirements.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous training of field inspection staff within division. Conduct performance audits and quality reviews of field staff’s work, coaching and implementing corrective action plans as needed.

  • Lead and support investigations into product defects, quality failures and programs noncompliant to Quality Standards, documenting the investigation and implementing corrective action and preventative action (CAPA) processes in coordination with the Regional Quality Manager.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for quality-related inquires and investigations from field staff and internal stakeholders within divisional territory.

  • Maintain, evaluate, and present quality reports and performance metrics to Regional Quality Manager, highlighting trends and areas for improvement or potential risk across divisional territory.

  • Enforce methods and standards for all aspects of inspections, testing and evaluation of Energy Efficiency Program functions across the division.

  • Align with internal staff to ensure full compliance with all contractual quality requirements, maintaining awareness of all active contracts to SLA achievement within the division and escalating points of conflict or deviation to SLA requirements to Regional Quality Manager as needed.  

  • Champion continuous improvement through cross collaboration across departments including operations, finance, inventory/asset management to apply lesson’s learned and implement process improvements.

  • Enforce company safety standards across divisional territory.

  • Other duties as assigned.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • Experience managing teams, coordinating across departments, and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma are highly relevant

  • Familiarity with standards like ISO 9001 to oversee quality assurance and control processes

  • 1-2 years of people management experience

  • Ability to implement corrective action plans, and support team development through coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred
