About the role
Calabrio is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to join our growing Human Resources team. Their key areas of accountability and focus will be global payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRIS reporting. This key role will help to develop a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports our business goals and enhances our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for overseeing the integrity and accuracy of global payroll processing, auditing, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain US state unemployment, payroll, workers' compensation, and leave registration as applicable.
- Ability to promptly identify, resolve and properly communicate potential complex Payroll issues.
- Manage and own annual compliance and filing requirements in close collaboration with the Finance and Tax team.
- Make improvement recommendations and oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, retirement savings, and other perks.
- Ownership of benefit configuration, plan participation audit, and vendor integration files.
- Create and run/prepare standard and ad hoc reports, global analytics, and data trackers using the company’s HRIS system.
- Manage compensation planning strategy in partnership with People Business Partner team including annual comp review, annual incentive programs, and annual market data analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and systems through gap analysis for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and service, as well as programs improvements to meet Calabrio’s HR goals.
- Assist with systems integrations; including, testing, and executing the pilot/implementation/ deployment of new or enhanced hardware or software.

Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience performing full-cycle Payroll and Benefit administration.
- 4+ years’ experience leading a HR Operations team, preferred experience managing a globally dispersed team.
- Experience in a high volume, multi-entity, multi-state, Payroll shared service-based environment.
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of state and federal wage and tax laws and overtime requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with senior leadership, employees and team members.
- Local to the Minneapolis, MN area and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
