To qualify for the GS-09 your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: : Assisting in the design, development and implementation of various safety and health programs to support command safety and comply with regulatory agencies, state and local laws rules and regulations. To qualify for the GS-11 your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and conducting inspections for a safety and occupational health program to evaluate current safety procedures and develop recommendations that aim to eliminate environmental accidents, mishaps, and potential hazards.
