Responsibilities:

• Manage the Jack & Jones store team
• Motivate and support the team in their daily task and build a friendly atmosphere and relationships
• Recruit and develop the team
• Drive sales and KPIs and take actions to improve results
• Organize and ensure all processes in the store
• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Manage stock to ensure availability and reliability

Requirements:

• Two years of proven experience in operation and managing store
• Passion for fashion, trends, and sales
• Organizational skills and strong communication skills
• Leadership attitude and ability to inspire and develop a high performing team
• Empathy and positivity
• Analytical skills and solution-oriented attitude
• Computer knowledge (Ms. Office)
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
• Communicative knowledge of English
