Interpath Advisory, a financial advisory business with a broad range of specialisms including advisory, deal advisory and restructuring services, is seeking a recent Business/Legal Graduate Associate to join our Tax team. With 16 international offices, Interpath currently employs over 740 people with a senior Leadership Team of 160.
Key Accountabilities:
Your work will be varied, and we have set out below some of the core experiences you will gain in this position:
- Assisting with corporate restructurings including Receiverships and Liquidations
- Providing tax support for Mergers & Acquisitions
- Working with High Net Worth Individuals (i.e. Private Clients)
- Involved in specific market segments including Life Sciences
- Property transactions
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2.1 Honours Degree
- Interested in pursuing a Professional Tax Qualification
- Highly engaged and motivated individual
- Extremely proactive and accountable
