We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for customer related feedback
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring that customer issues get addressed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a coordinated and cohesive customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey.
• Act as a customer advocate within the organization, championing their needs and driving customer-centric initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with product teams
• Experience in working with CRM software
