Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Interview Specialist reviews applications, conducts interviews for designated areas, makes hiring decisions, and dispositions candidates. The Specialist will be detail-oriented and be able to identify opportunities to better addressing filling open positions, including sourcing candidates across requisitions.
This is a hybrid position that can require 1-3 days a month in the office

What you will do
Recruitment and Hiring
- Review applications and/or recorded interviews using Applicant Tracking System with a high degree of accuracy and integrity to make appropriate hiring decisions based on requirements for specialty roles, while meeting productivity standards.
- Call candidates to follow up on pending applications, interviews, jobs offers, or onboarding.
- Create and extend offer letters and schedule candidates for onboarding.
- Answer questions via phone and email regarding application, interview, hiring and onboarding process from candidates.
- Disposition candidates not selected for a position or if did not report for onboarding.
Collaboration and Communication
- Regularly communicate with supervisor and team about progress in filling positions.
- Learn the nuances of assigned region/divisions in order to identify and report potential issues with applicant flow or other factors impacting the hiring process
- Answer questions from leaders at work locations regarding candidate applications or onboarding status.
- Collaborate on designated hiring projects and priorities as assigned.

- Detail-oriented and Creative thinking: Determine how to best fill a role, including looking the entire scope of candidates in a location
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ORC/MyHR and navigate multiple computer applications and work from a dual monitor setup
Physical Requirements
- May require working with multiple computer screens and programs simultaneously for extended periods of time.
- May Involve, reaching stooping, kneeling or crouching
- Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.
