Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant based near the Mill Valley, CA area, you will have the opportunity to support our Chief Commercial Officer, and the overall success of the company, and manage our Mill Valley office. We are looking for someone who has incredible business savvy that is ready to apply their vast skill sets to take Shopmonkey to new heights. Please note this role has an in-office expectation in the Mill Valley, California office. 

You will have the opportunity to:

• Provide direct support to the CCO and proactively manage and assess all requests
• Build rapport with the leadership team and key cross-functional stakeholders to serve as a catalyst for driving future growth
• Manage busy calendars against current and future priorities
• Anticipate and support needs for project planning, meetings, off-sites, and travel
• Take clear meeting minutes and co-create action plans for successPrepare executive and board level communications and presentations
• Be proactive, diligent, and resourceful in pushing progress forward and meeting accelerated timelines with minimal oversight
• Have fun with an incredible team
• Manage our Mill Valley office on-site, schedule/welcome visitors 

We are looking for you if you have:

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for serving others
• 2+ years of experience in administrative and office support preferred 
• 2+ years supporting C-Level executives and founders, including expenses
• Experience in other SaaS positions a big plus, demonstrating understanding of the greater software business
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, using utmost discretion when working with CCO, Executives, and Business Partners
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and a great multi-tasker
• Self-starter and who acts with humility, positivity, and urgency who’s willing to go the extra mile
• Practice understanding, respect, and confidentiality 
• Unwavering ownership mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong computer skills, specifically Apple hardware, Google Suite, Slack, Wrike, Guru 
• Passion for helping others and being part of a team
  
  

In the United States the range for this position is typically a base salary of $90,000 to $95,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors. In addition to this base compensation company stock options and benefits as outlined below are included.
