Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end stabilization of key integrations connecting IFS ↔ Boomi ↔ eCommerce systems. Your work strengthens the data pipelines and transactions that power digital commerce daily.
- Stabilize and optimize integrations for product data, pricing, customer data, inventory, orders, shipments, fulfillment, invoices, returns, and refunds
- Identify fragile, overly complex, or high‑risk integrations and drive simplification and modernization
- Support SIT/UAT testing, triage defects, reconcile data, and ensure go‑live readiness
- Build deep understanding of current IFS integrations and Oracle database dependencies
- Identify and reduce tight coupling across database touchpoints; promote contract‑based integration boundaries
- Perform root‑cause analysis across Boomi processes, IFS transactions, and Oracle DB behaviors
- Implement durable fixes to reduce long-term operational risk
- Improve monitoring, alerting, error handling, logging, and traceability across integration layers
- Develop clear runbooks and support documentation for production operations
- Lead cutover planning, go-live support, issue triage, and post‑launch hypercare
- Establish Boomi design standards, reusable patterns, and environment promotion discipline
- Serve as the central technical point of contact for internal teams, consultants, eCommerce partners, QA, security, and release management
- Facilitate design reviews, navigate vendor interactions, and drive clear, technical decision-making
Skills & Experience You Should Possess

- 8 years of enterprise integration experience involving ERP systems
- Hands-on experience integrating ERP platforms (IFS preferred, but others accepted)
- Strong Oracle database fluency, including advanced SQL and familiarity with PL/SQL
- Practical experience with transaction behavior, performance impacts, and data troubleshooting
- Solid hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (Boomi AtomSphere strongly preferred)
- Experience working across complex, vendor-heavy environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and structured problem-solving skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience integrating with eCommerce platforms (OroCommerce, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
- Familiarity with IFS APIs and integration patterns
- Exposure to EDI/B2B integrations
- Experience with Novacura Flow or similar tools
- Understanding of API security models (OAuth 2.0, certificates, etc.)
- Experience working with observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, ELK)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and version control for integrations
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Boomi or ERP certifications are helpful but not required
