Do you thrive in a fast past environment where you will oversee the whole process of landing gear manufacturing form start to finish. We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Miami Gardens, FL. The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager and serve as the focal point between operations and the customer to ensure timely response to all inquiries. Performs duties related to overall customer service. Serves as customer interface on order status and delivery. Maintains knowledge of Collins Aerospace organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers. Consistently documents customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality

This position will be working in an Onsite capacity.

1st shift Typically Mon. - Fri.

What You Will Do:

.

• Performs duties related to overall Customer Service.
• Serves as customer interface on product status and delivery.
• Maintains knowledge of RTX organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.
• Consistently documents customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality.
• Performs Order Administration duties including, but not limited to:
  • Data Entry
  • Service estimate editing & submission
  • Delivery/Shipment creation
• Works in a team environment, but also has the capacity to tackle tasks under minimal supervision after training is completed

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
• Current or previous performing Data Entry to input & retrieve information
• Current or previous experience in a customer facing role.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to VSMs, engineering, Planning, Quality, and External Customers.
• Current or previous experience using SAP
• Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Skilled in risk-based decision making to address moderately complex problems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to display exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Prior Aerospace MRO experience
