What does the role look like?

• Build beautiful, fast, polished experiences across the Whop web app

• Own product surfaces like discovery, home feed, creator dashboard, onboarding, chat, store pages, content rewards, and video onboarding

• Think deeply about UX and interaction design — you are the user, and you have taste

• Work closely with founders and designers to turn vision into shipped product

• Prototype quickly, ship fast, and care about the details

• Write clean React/TypeScript and flex into Rails when needed (APIs, DB schemas)

What we're looking for:

• Very strong in frontend (React, TypeScript), with a design eye and high attention to detail

• You’ve built and shipped actual products — not just worked on internal tools or admin panels

• Product-first mindset — you care about users and usage

• Fast, opinionated, and independent — can take a vague idea to a polished experience

• Ability to flex into backend as needed to build what you need (Rails GraphQL APIs)

• $190K–$230K base + competitive equity package
