Head of Private Events and Sales - Berlin based 🚀🍕 (m/w/d)

Big Mamma is a French-Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 10 years, we have opened 30 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, Belgium, England, Spain, Germany and Italy).

Our mission? To share the special ambiance of the most beautiful places in the Italian tradition, creating unique moments of sharing with our customers.

Your mission: to build a uniform Big Squadra’s event and sales strategy in Germany, increasing both volume and profitability across the country.

Your main tasks will be:

• Organizing private and corporate events

• Managing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

• Financial monitoring and administration of events

• Sales prospecting and growing the client database

• Collaborating with restaurant teams across Germany to implement the event strategy

Join us if: 

• Are passionate, performance-oriented, with a strong F&B background

• Have 3+ years of experience in events management and sales

• Are a people’s person who shows ambition, proactivity, and autonomy

• Are fluent in German and English - Italian and French are a plus

Our offer:

• Based in Berlin - you will travel from time to time to our locations in Germany (Hamburg and Munich)

• Full-time contract

• Start in March 2026
