Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterology physician to help expand the Gastroenterology Hospitalist service line in Newport News, Virginia.

Highlights:

• GI Hospitalist position, ERCP skills preferred
• 7 days on/7 days off schedule, 12-hour shifts
• Combination of inpatient consults, rounding, and procedures
• Dedicated inpatient endoscopy suite
• Collaborate with our 3 hospitalists, 10 outpatient physicians and 2 advanced procedural physicians
• Advanced practice provider support
• Strong primary care referral base
• Epic electronic health record
• Active teaching facility with FM, IM & EM residents rotating with specialists if desired.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Certifications and Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Doctor – State of Virginia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Current DEA
