We are pleased to announce the rollout of SDSA’s Internal Mobility Program, specifically designed to harness our existing in-house expertise for our two new ventures in Taylor, TX, and Kokomo, IN. Our goal is to leverage the wealth of talent already present within SDSA, thereby ensuring that our unique corporate culture and domain expertise are consistently applied across these exciting projects.
Program Overview:

- Taylor Semiconductor (Taylor, TX)
- StarPlus Energy (Kokomo, IN)
Regular full-time employees from all departments are eligible to apply for these open positions. We strongly recommend that you consider roles aligning closely with your existing skill set, although there is flexibility for upskilling and reskilling on an individual basis.

Requirements
Regular full-time employees from all departments are eligible to apply for these open positions. All positions are site-specific and will require daily commute to work. Remote work is not an option. Relocation assistance will be provided by the company to successful candidates.
